At Solace, we take care to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you bring home from Solace. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
